We hire great people and get out of their way. We encourage independence and ownership as we believe that a project as complex as deepstreamHub can't be centrally controlled, but has to emerge from within a self-organising system.
Our platform frequently forms the very backbone of our customers' applications. We appreciate the trust placed in us and work hard to ensure stability and quality at every step along the way.
We share decades of experience in building realtime technologies and have an understanding of what really matters. We create solid technology that favours performance and reliability over novelty and buzz.
We believe that holistic products are best built by teams with wide arrays of technical backgrounds, nationalities, genders and origin stories.
